No one said that marriage will be easy, of course there will be ups and downs, you will not agree on everything, but the key is to watch what you say and how you say it. A marriage is a team and we have to work together not against each other. We have to understand that your spouse is your help mate, your soul mate, someone you can talk to, and some one who has the ability to listen. A marriage is coming out of self and joining the other as a winning team. One may do something that the other disagrees with, but that is not the time to fall out and walk out, that is the time to stand tall and stand back to back. People will be jellious of you and what you are doing, they will hate on you for what type of car you drive, what you have in your house, how you raise your children, but through it all you have to sometimes grit your teeth and keep going.
