Matthias Gierth and Henry Nix know each other for over 20 years since they attended the same school. During the school and apprenticeship Matthias began to work as a DJ, Henry suitable secure knowledge to produce. 1998/99 published them under the Peudonymen Terminal and Terminal East (then with 3 other members) their first singles. 2002 Matthias and Henry, as a duo under the name vs. Stoneface. Terminal continue and published the single Two and Two Club on Groove Records. Furthermore, they started as a team for producers and other artists under several pseudonyms to work. Due to the crisis in the music industry has been for Matthias it increasingly difficult & Henry, a suitable label to find. In summer 2004, they founded their own ado: Electric Department Records. You vs. superseded.By & and published their single Soulreaver. After a total of 4 publications on their own record company signed Matthias&Henry
