At the Practical Self Defense Trainign Center in Waterbury CT, I teach various different styles. Its literally a university for martial arts. I have spent my whole life traveling, learning and training in various cultures to see how they tick. Women tend to like the style called Kun Tao Dumpag due to the content of that style. Its not kicky punchy yelling hiya type sport oriented stuff. This is an ancient style of survival. Fighting like a trapped animal. In ancient times thats how people fought to survive. There was no sport, there were no rules...thats the type of fighting methods women need to learn to defeat a much larger opponent. Feel free to ask any questions on it here. I would be more than happy to help you learn about what we do at the school. Of course, men are welcome to join in on the conversations as well.
