How to play mixed. Can 5 cards dealt to us, then we select a few cards that we do not like to be exchanged with the hope of getting a better combination. Can 2 cards are dealt, then 5 cards on the table is opened for 'used' rollicking with other players. The combination of the best 5 card (plus the hands on the table), wins.
