Description:This group is for anyone who like myself suffers from depression. Whether you have a fiath or not if you have a battle strugglign with depression it is for you. I attend a mental health charity called Making a Difference Tameside. I write poetry go for walks, pray and sleep off the depression. I choose not to take medication as I cannot cope with the physical side affects.
