    I have changed the group name, and my new focus is more on health and dieting, fitness. since i love being in great health. jumping rope is my biggest activitie for losing pounds every where on the body. using a cooking timer from your local grocery store. turn to 1 min. start jumping rope until the min. is up then go to another weights or other workout routine for another min. then back to jump rope, repeat for 1 hour doing diffrent programs but coming back to the jump rope after each one for a min. until you have did an hour . its fun , you can do it on diet pills also. let me know the results.
