Courts to Veto Abusive Laws. Writ of habeas corpus. Right to a speedy trial by Jury. Freedom from torture. Freedom of religion. Right to life, libity and the pursuit of happiness. The right to be apart of a community and to have access to that community resources. The right to have devices(polygraph) and Assessments by Professionals and educated to perform to either confirm or deny of the truth in a court of law, This should be a right for all to choose and to obtain a fair Justice system. The Aim of the Group 1:To be presumed Inconnent until proven Guilty 2:The right to a defend in a court of law. 3:All to be treated as Equals. My other goal is to have the Department of child safety Personals to be held accountable for the Abuse to children and parents and families.
