Description:I recently set dates for my vacation in May. I will be visiting my brother and friends in California, then I will visit my aunt in Oregon, then last the rest of my family in Washington. I realized as I was thinking about all the things that I needed to do for this trip. I will be delivering all my mothers things to my aunt and siblings (she passed 9 years ago in May). As I started going through what I would be taking, I went through photos. Yikes, I saw a few pics of me and caught myself saying I wish I was that fat again. What I meant was at that time in my life I thought I was fat, looking back I looked great. I was not content with how I looked. I am for sure not content with where I am now. So this journey and blog will be about getting fit through eating right and exercising. So anybody that wants to add advise or encourage me along the way is welcome.
