Description:上周三（9月22日）台湾行政院宣布正式提交申请加入《全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协定》（CPTPP），而此前中国大陆也递交了加入申请。大陆方面的态度是“坚决反对任何国家与台湾进行官方往来，坚决反对台湾地区加入任何官方性质的协议和组织”。台海关系又被摆上台面。 CPTPP是由此前的跨太平洋伙伴协定（TPP）演化而来的组织，当前共有11个成员国：澳大利亚、日本、新加坡和马来西亚等。除台海两岸外，目前很有可能申请加入该协议的国家还有韩国、英国、印度尼西亚等。此前倡导TPP而后又选择退出的美国暂不会加入CPTPP。加入CPTPP必需得到所有成员国的一致同意，今年的轮值主席国日本在此事上拥有一定影响力。
