The Bhutan Education Project (BEP) is a Canadian non-profit organization working with Bhutanese students and student groups in the Kingdom of Bhutan. Our mission is: - to provide financial aid for underprivileged Bhutanese students in order for them to attend university - to work with schools and student groups on student-led fundraisers for community development projects - to provide resources to enable children in Bhutan to access education and training materials which may increase their skills - to promote community awareness of Bhutan’s cultural diversity - to support Bhutanese children interaction with other youth initiatives globally - to promote leadership skills amongst Bhutanese children - to promote cultural exchange between Canadian and Bhutanese youths and youths globally
