My name is Minnie. Just started a new group in Tucson, Best of the West Crazy for things western? Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday, Buffalo Soldiers? This is a group I am forming to meet others who are enthusiastic about the "Old West". I enjoy the history, seeing ghost towns, reenactments, events surrounding western history. I would like to form a group who would like to keep the Old West alive with me. Meet and watch movies, see ghost towns, discussions, maybe a Texas type barbeque, chili cook-off, mine tour, attend events, etc... Any ideas of course are welcome. Lets make this "OUR" group. I am looking for history enthusiasts, historians, reenactors, movie buffs, cowboy poets, gunfighters, or anyone who likes the wild west. One of my favorite events to attend every year is the Clanton Rendezvous in Tombstone, AZ. It is held in November.
