It's a new training method called B.E.A.S.T= BALANCE,ENDURANCE,AGILITY+STRENGHT. Great for weight loss and body compositon. The camp will meet 2 a week. 6-8 people in class All needed is workout mat/jumpe rope workouts will take place outside 4 week camp= 8 workouts (each session an 1hr) Certified trainer or trainers will be there to push your body and teach proper techniques.
