Priority1one-Recovery This Group is for anyone who has an Addictive Personality. If you take away the Alcohol, Drugs, Gambling, Sex or anything compulsive. In many cases you still have Depression, a Chemical Imbalance. I am here to SUGGEST the things I did to Recover from such a battle. If you have an Imbalance, it won't matter how many times you work the Steps or how many Sponsors you have or how many meetings you go to. Loneliness and Depression are the Silent Killers no one likes to talk about. Please feel free to send me a message. And I will say, it all starts when you STOP all the compulsive behavior and STARTS with the Body, Mind and Soul. We will be discussing Thyroid, Vitamins, Minerals and oils. Your body is a living machine. It needs the CORRECT FUEL in order to Function Properly. Quality Sleep is needed. I encourage you to invite others who may have an Issue as well.
