About Time Tagged Actually Took Action On Abusive Members.

What is the point in tagged having a complaints and report abuse facility if the organisation never does anything to stop the abuse. I want members selected to be voluntary site moderators with tools for banning abusive members if tagged can't be bothered to do it.
