I like psycho-thrillers, Stephen King stuff, docu-dramas... Maybe Anthony Hopkins for an overall favorite actor.

Only watch tv if I can fast forward through commercials. Shows? Real crime (not Cops), music shows like American Idol, maybe a sit-com here and there.

In my life I've played baseball, walked many miles and taken karate lessons (only achieving gold belt). Sometimes I watch Dallas Cowboys. That's about it for sports folks.

My dream is to see prohibition ended. I've dedicated the last 20 years of my life to that goal because 1. the policy is a historical failure. 2. our prisons are shameful. 3. Prohibition corrupts. 4. No one should go to jail for a crime whose victim is only oneself. 5. There are alternatives that work better. 5. I love freedom.

I am deeply devoted to honesty. I find it is always better to go with the truth than to try to remember lies. My life has been on public display for a number of years by both those who wish me well and those who hope I am defeated. I can stand up to scrutiny, therefore I can afford to be open. Anyone can voice their opinion but no one can overpower my own choices, especially with my heart. I am the master of my fate, the captain of my ship.. and I am more than willing to pay my dues should I make the wrong choices. The freedom to live my life as I chose is very valuable to me. I would stand up and fight or die for it. My life has been both more than the average challenge and abnormally blessed. The pain and losses have made me strong enough to stand up to anything. Being not free has made me love and defend freedom. Almost losing my life has made me aware and grateful and determined to soak in all the joy, every single day. I look for nothing more than good conversation on the internet. In conversation I like humor, intelligence, truth and a wide open mind.
