Food Stamps and the Eviction Notice Baby gotta eat, but there’s nothing to eat! Clothes on his back, barely some shoes on his feet. Wondering where daddy is, probably on the streets. Single mother home, What must she do? The food stamps are free, a welfare recipient she must be. One less problem this strong woman must face, but now on her door a letter takes place. YOU MUST VACATE THE PREMISES! Wow. It’s like she takes 2 steps forward, just to go back three, and sometimes she feels only “hard times” she will see. Being a mommy and a daddy may not seem hard, but the Food Stamps and the Eviction Notice is something that we must not disregard. - Jonathan D. Hill
