Ty Wayne Fouse, born June 9th;1977 in Iowa City, Iowa. Fouse is the oldest of a large single parent family. During his childhood, his mother kept her children involved with the art of music, through dance, singing performances, and commercial appearances. Fouse was taught to play the piano at the age of 7 years old and has never stopped taking it to a higher standard known as composing and producing under the name Dr.Roqs. The Name was given to him by DJ Edward Scissor Hands of Atlanta GA. Who seen Fouse win battles 3 months straight @ The Apache, under the Name TyWayne Iowa! Dr.Roqs is now currently producing for the Legion Of Tunez (L.O.T.). He also is the Owner and Operator of Sound Conception Entertainment Music Group L.L.C. and 2Tyte Productions L.L.C.
