Have the joy to jam each weekend with amazing friends and musicians. I love my own and just about anything else. I sing and play guitar and harmonica (and a bit of percussion) in a local band, The Islandeers. We play folk, rock n roll, doo-wop, blues and a bit of country. Right now we're not able to gather together due to Covid-19... but are keeping in touch and doing online meeting/jam sessions. It works ;-}

Mostly science fiction, fantasy, mysteries & action/adventure Star Wars, Star Trek, Prometheus, Oblivion, AVATAR, Blade Runner... always looking for new ones and oldies to watch.

and now, Star Trek: Picard Dr. Who, Dr. Who and more Dr. Who, The Orville, Star Trek: Discovery (and all the previous series) Torchwood, NCIS, Castle, CSI, Bones, Eleventh Hour, Chuck, Warehouse 13, Fringe, new ones like Marvel's Agents of Shield, Almost Human, Black List etc . . .

Love listening to Science Fiction and Fantasy Audiobooks on my smartphone via Audible.com while riding in my car. My latest fav is Rachel Aaron's books The Heartstriker series. But still use my (old) Droid Bionic for fun with Google Cardboard Virtual Reality '-}

I can take it or leave it. Leave it mostly ;-} Used to watch golf and tennis and "REAL" football (soccer) especially FIFA with Dad. Not so much now he's gone.

UPDATE: It's been a year I've worked on my home. I am happily & contented single! ****** (old info ~ Dad died Monday, November 14, 2016. It will take time, but I will move home to my place and will have my computer office/workshop and my music/video studio to fill my time * (older info ~Took care of my disabled Dad 24/7. Moved into my parents' home the day Mom died in March 2008. I'm so lucky I can do this for Mom, Dad and our family.) ***** I'm a geek, scifi fangirl & musician. Computers and Music ... Music and Computers ***** My sweet cat MieuMieu keeps me company & shadows me around my home) ***** oh, and for those of you in the faith, I am Atheist. I believe in the amazing, miraculous, awesomeness that is our UNIVERSE... I am not seeking more than conversation these days... chat buddies, pen pals.... good, interesting, comfortable, intelligent online conversation. Don't do texting.... just chat, IMs, email, voice chat, webcam (mutual) chat. I am no longer caring for my father as he died just before 4 pm on Monday, November 14th, 2016. It will take me time to grief and rest and heal. I miss him and love him and his energies remain around me always as does my mother's. I am still not looking for more than conversation until I am able to get back on my feet and moving forward for myself.
