Don't go out to movies often. Liked "Dirty Dancing" and also "Strictly Ballroom", haven't yet seen "Dirty Dancing 2".

Doctor Who, when it is not too over-the-top. Currently rewatching the seventh doctor. His last season is much better than the first two.

Theoni Pappas is my favorite author, but loved Jean Auel's "Earth's Children" Series - excellent! Recently given up on "One, Two, Three", too much manufactured melo-drama. Now enjoying "Tales of Impossibility" - MUCH better!

I want to do serious mathematics and share the results with other enthusiasts. Then go out dancing.

I'm pretty good at figuring out complicated technical things, especially mathematical - but not in a flash of brilliance like some of my students - more of a determined plodder. My daughter once declared me to be a "fixer". I'd rather repair a broken item than search for a suitable replacement. (Shopping is a chore!)
