Nowaday, I practice and/or believe in these things: 1. Simplicity and humility. 2. Purification of soul and body. 3.Usefulness to family, friends and as many people as possible. 4. Overall kindness. 5. Permanent psychologically and especially spiritual improvement. 6. Maditations (Master Choa Kok sui´s methods). 7. Using pranic healing to help people who are sick 8. Continuous personal observation for character improvement. 9. Always giving a hand to people in need. 10. Traveling as much as possible just for family or spiritual preactices. 11. Believing in God and God´s omnipresence.12. Firmly believing that I am an eternal soul with a temporal body and mind. 13. Humbling experimenting life as it is, pretty much an ilusion, but fully anjoying it as it comes but with responsibility and never projecting myself too much in the future. 14. Searching and experimenting with things that belong to the spiritual realm. 16. Working and studying hard. 17. Loving just one woman and being intirely feithful to her until death or an unwanted breakup.

Probably that I have no importance at all, so I do not feel obliged to explain myself; but anyway best feature of this guy that I call myself could be good sense of humour, perseverance, patience and honesty, and that I feel quite able of dispassionately being aware of things as they really are, no matter what.

As I haven´t found anybody to whom I could I really care for and with whom I could settle down for good in a good ralationship, that has to be the best of the relationship I have so far been in, I am opened up to what may come......

I dream of a world where solidarity, peace and education for all become true central values; where wars, careleness to children and animals, as well as the overall world hunger end up by being completely erradicated; and where love for every human being permeates all goverment and corporate actions as well as taking a true care for mother earth, ecologically and spiritually. I dream that ! love your neighbour as yourself ! becomes permanently installed in all hearts as a main guidance for all individual actions.
