    Everybody please join this group. Also study and practice giving CPR, read my POST 911. 7-10 minutes a day right in your home can make/keep you fit! Do it alone or Form a Team for Daily workouts, via Skype, all stay at home. Most people of the developed countries are Failing to use their bodies actively so their health is taking a real beating with all sorts of ailments, diabetes being a major one. The first step toward good health is recognizing that too much weight is harmful. the second step is accepting that only YOU can do something about it for you. We want to inspire all to take control of their body, get fit, not just lose weight! FIRST- Do Get a Medical Exam, if possible, and then join our group.
