Description:This is just a ground level discussion group on natural healing of the Body, Mind and Spirit for which Holistic Health is defined. Giving your experiences in the truth of medicine as Hippocrates said..."let food be your Medicine and medicine be your food". I am selling nothing. Just offering knowledge on what I have learned first hand and seen first hand through real experiences and real truths. If you are selling something or pushing modern medicine...no thank you! This is about healing through prevention, not band aids after its too late. Sorry, no new members as I will be disolving the group soon to build a Holistic Health website with my girl.
